About Nathaniel Ehrlich

In Mr. Ehrlich's cases, he deals many injured individuals and with injured athletes and workers, and is able to do so during very difficult financial and emotional periods. He concentrates his practice in labor law, in particular, the representation of professional athletes, sports litigation and sports workers' compensation. His personal injury practice includes workers' compensation, disability, cases arising from dangerous products and construction site accidents, nursing home neglect, dangerous conditions on properties, automobile and truck accidents, medical and dental malpractice, and alcohol-related accidents. Mr. Ehrlich has handled workers' compensation claims for many professional athletes including football, hockey, baseball, basketball, soccer and lacrosse players. Mr. Ehrlich is a member of the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Workers' Compensation Panel, Co-Chair of the Professional Hockey Players Association (PHPA) Workers' Compensation Panel, a member of the National Hockey League Players Association (NHLPA) Workers' Compensation Panel and a member of the Professional Lacrosse Players Association (PLPA) Workers' Compensation Panel. Additionally he works with the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) and National Basketball Players Association (MBPA) providing counsel to their members on worker compensation issues.
